
Visitors to this year’s Automechanika Frankfurt will be spoilt for choice when it comes to themes and events, with a massive programme to be staged over the five days of the fair. The schedule includes the Automechanika Academy, the classic car industry zone, the Future Mobility Park and much more.
As part of the Automechanika Academy, body repairers can attend free practical seminars organised by renowned body and paint companies. Located in Hall 11.0 for the first time, the programme will focus on:

In Hall 12.0, detailing specialists will show how cars and vehicle parts can be reconditioned. Those who want to delve deeper into the subject can attend the certification course for detailers, which consists of theoretical and practical sections, offered by the International Detailing Association (IDA) on 10 and 11 September.
At the Discover3D Printing seminar on 11 and 12 September, attendees can learn from experts from the Aachen Centre for Additive Manufacturing. The seminar is aimed specifically at beginners who are looking for practical insights. Visitors can also discover successful application examples from the automotive industry in areas such as design, product development, repair and maintenance as well as personalised product design.
Classic car professionals, enthusiasts and interested workshop owners can benefit from a series of new formats and events promoting specific training, information exchange and networking. At Hall 11.1, visitors can make new international contacts and discuss trending topics in addition to viewing presentations on the nearby stage. A vintage lounge will also be available to celebrate the spirit and lifestyle of the classic scene.
There will also be plenty of opportunities for relaxed networking, with daily happy hours featuring live music in the Agora outdoor area every day from 5 pm and a body repair industry Afterwork Friday Party from 5 pm in the centre of Hall 11.1.
